How Purley Park Trust use employee surveys to address the complex people challenges in the healthcare sector

Purley Park Trust is a community-based charity located just outside Reading in Berkshire, dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities.

The Trust offers a range of services, including care homes and supported living arrangements, helping around 100 individuals live independently in their own homes. These services empower people to manage their own care, stay connected with family and friends, and live fulfilling, active lives.

In addition, Purley Park Trust operates a drop-in hub where individuals can access support whenever they need it. With a team of 200 dedicated and skilled staff, the Trust provides high-quality, compassionate care, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all those they serve.
