What is the Employee Experience Hub?
Launched in January 2022, and powered by WorkBuzz, the Employee Experience Hub – or the ‘EX Hub’ for short – is an online community dedicated to helping HR or ‘people’ professionals improve the employee experience whilst also elevating the role of HR.
The EX Hub was created to give HR professionals a safe space to network and connect with their peers – a place to share and learn from each other’s challenges, celebrate triumphs and learn more about the EX sector from experts in the field. The platform is run by WorkBuzz – an employee engagement platform that help employers build more inclusive cultures, gather real-time feedback from their people, and improve the employee experience.
