A: To meet the needs of different types of organisations, WorkBuzz offers three product tiers: Essential, Professional and Enterprise. Essential starts from £100+VAT per month, depending on the number of employees.  Request a quote

Q: Is there a set-up fee?

A: There is no set-up fee and all the on-boarding support is inclusive of your annual WorkBuzz subscription. We can also offer additional bespoke consultancy support, but this may cost more.

Q: Can I decide how often to get feedback from our employees?

A: 100% – WorkBuzz is really flexible and we understand every company is unique. You’re able to decide what frequency would work best for your organisation and tailor your survey questions too.

Q: Where is my data hosted / is this GDPR compliant?

A: All personal data is hosted in the EU and WorkBuzz is fully GDPR compliant. Before joining as a new client, we will share a concise summary of how we protect your personal. Some of the biggest brands on the planet trust WorkBuzz.

Q: What response rate should I expect?

A: Our average response rate for pulse surveys is 84%, but this does vary. We will help you communicate WorkBuzz in advance, embed this in your culture and empower managers to act on their feedback, which helps to maximise participation over-time.

A: Yes, for consistent questions you’ll be able to benchmark your results against averages for organisations of a similar size or sector.

Q: Does WorkBuzz protect employees’ confidentiality?

A: Absolutely – in order to ensure employees can provide honest feedback, they need to know their feedback with be treated confidentially. Our Confidentiality Promise details the steps we take, like merging employees’ feedback with their colleagues and preventing HR and managers from seeing the feedback for very small groups.
