The programme recognises customers who are exceeding industry benchmarks for employee experience, with the award based on engagement scores, response rates and survey frequency.

How does it work?
- Complete at least two WorkBuzz Pulse Surveys, or your Traditional Annual Survey
- WorkBuzz will then provide your Employee Engagement Score
- Based on how your feedback compares with our industry benchmarks, you may be awarded a 5 Star Employer recognition award
5 Star Employer Bandings:
SMB – 15 to 199 employees
Large – 200 to 999 employees
Enterprise – 1000+ employees
