WorkBuzz - originally called Smith & Henderson - began life as a engagement consultant.

Like most engagement consultants and HR specialists, we knew employee listening was critical to engagement but couldn’t find a survey listening tool to suit our specific clients needs.

Existing tools were too generic, bloated and came with features and integrations that weren't needed.

Furthermore, we couldn’t easily customize these tools to do exactly what we wanted to make insights instantly actionable.

So, we built our own.
