WorkBuzz Dialogue Confidentiality Promise
How we protect your contributions to Dialogue Loops
When you contribute to a Dialogue Loop, you will have the choice to contribute to the Loop identifying yourself or to respond anonymously. Responding to a Dialogue Loop where you identify yourself and perhaps what part of the organisation you work in, will help Loop Creators action any feedback you have provided more accurately.
Regardless of whether you contribute anonymously or non-anonymously, contributions to a Loop will only be shared confidentially with the Loop Creator. Only Loop Creators will have access to contributions, and they must get consent to download audio and video responses as a Loop Creator. Access can only be provided and granted by WorkBuzz.
Feedback to the WorkBuzz employee listening tools differs by product and to be clear:
- Engagement and On Demand Poll surveys are confidential, where your results are aggregated with your team and other employees within your organisation and the aggregated results are therefore anonymous.
- For Lifecycle (Onboarding or Exit) surveys, your responses to the surveys will not be anonymous. This is to ensure action can be taken immediately if required. For example, if in an Onboarding survey you share feedback that you do not have the required equipment to do your job, HR will need to act as soon as possible to ensure you are properly equipped.
- For WorkBuzz Dialogue Loops, responses might be anonymous or identifiable, but that will be the choice of the individual contributing to a Loop and if anonymous, your identity will be protected at all times.
We do take employee listening confidentially very seriously and we take all reasonable measures to protect the data we hold. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions about how we protect your confidentiality, please contact us directly at: support@workbuzz.com.
