WorkBuzz Attends the Leap HR Manufacturing Summit in Austin, Texas with Partners Velocity Advisory Group and LKQ
September 13th – September 19th saw WorkBuzz CEO, Steven Frost, and Head of Culture, Dawn Smedley, fly across the pond to the innovation hub of Austin, Texas to present on stage at this year’s Leap HR Manufacturing Summit.
Joined by partners Velocity Advisory Group and LKQ, they led a dynamic panel discussion on how employee engagement is transforming the manufacturing industry. The discussion highlighted AI's pivotal role in how leaders listen to and engage with their workforce, while also emphasizing the irreplaceable human elements that AI can never fully replicate.
Ahead of the summit, WorkBuzz also hosted their own private Topgolf event, complete with tacos, to meet with local organizations and connect over discussions in employee engagement in the manufacturing sector.
