At WorkBuzz, we exist to make this the norm by helping companies leverage actionable employee feedback which helps them build great cultures and make smarter people decisions. Ultimately, our vision, is to help improve the working lives of 1 million by 2022.

Our Story

  • 2011 – WorkBuzz founded – our first survey was for Coversure Insurance Services in the UK
  • 2012 – launch of Best Franchise Programme – engagement surveys for franchise brands. 200+ franchise brands, including 18 of top 25 in the UK* participate and Lloyds Bank sponsor the programme
  • 2013 – franchisors and professional advisors (law firms, accountants and consultants) ask WorkBuzz to extend their franchise engagement programmes for their employees
  • 2014-2016 – WorkBuzz continues to grow at 40%+ each year, with 120+ employee engagement clients
  • 2017 – WorkBuzz raises first external funding round. Opens second UK office and development team in Krakow, Poland
  • Today – WorkBuzz is helping 400+ organisations improve employee engagement, with an industry leading Net Promoter Score of 74.
