The Future of Real-World Insights
to inspire the Everyday Heroes workforce

2024 has brought another tsunami of challenges and opportunities for the future of work. Organizations face continuing socio-economic uncertainty, acceleration of artificial intelligence (AI), and greater competitive intensity, all underpinned by a prolonged struggle to retain and attract talent.

For organizations with a significant number of deskless employees, obtaining a clear understanding of what is really happening in these critical ‘Everyday Hero’ employee experiences bring their own set of challenges. But this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Over the next five years, the power of real-world insights will become increasingly nuanced as workforce dynamics shift. The potent combination of increased age diversity and a heavy AI footprint will disproportionately affect deskless workers. Why? Of the approximately 3.32 billion workers worldwide, 81% have deskless or frontline roles. This will be more complex as five to six generations of employees are expected to work side-by-side in the next decade. So, how will organizations stay one step ahead?

Employee insights from the real world will be the difference.

Traditional employee listening and engagement strategies need to evolve as the impact of workforce changes is already hitting the bottom line. According to Business Leadership Today, the cost is already estimated at half a billion per year and compounding for those who don’t listen, engage, and take positive action. HR professionals now have the power to reveal real-world insights and share those insights across their organization, enabling leaders and their managers to act with clarity on the areas that matter now and proactively address potential future impact.

Join us for WorkBuzz Live! 2024 and learn from HR experts and peers to discover how they are already harnessing The Future of Real-World Employee Insights.

The Future of Real-World Insights
Steven Frost, CEO and Founder, WorkBuzz & Lewis North, Chief Technology Officer, WorkBuzz

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is now mainstream and there is a golden opportunity to get to real-world employee insights faster over the coming years. With HR teams at full capacity and People Leaders having less time to analyse and digest survey results, this double-sided problem is already impacting the bottom line. AI can solve this. It starts by placing valuable insights into the hands of all People Leaders in a way that works for them. A way that creates time, so they can prioritise with purpose. A way that doesn’t need yet another dashboard of scores and statistics.

This session will demonstrate how AI will revolutionize employee engagement and you will see it here, first.

Bonus Session: Why has Employee Well-being become the Number One HR Priority?
Ben Moss, Senior Business Psychologist and Director, Business Wellbeing Expert Limited, in conversation with Ryan Tahmassebi, People Science Director, WorkBuzz

Employee well-being is now cited as the foremost HR priority. In the post-pandemic landscape, workers are seeking employers who prioritize their physical, mental, and emotional health. Robust well-being initiatives, from comprehensive healthcare benefits to mental health support and work-life balance programs, are increasingly popular for retaining (and for that matter, attracting) talent. But there are some paradoxes to consider related to generational needs and the new world of work with AI becoming increasingly woven into everyday employee life.

Join us for this interactive session to explore the 'why' behind this recent phenomenon over your drink of choice and a bite to eat.
