WorkBuzz Live! 2024 Brings HR Leaders Together to Shape the Future of Real-World Insights
WorkBuzz Live! 2024, held on November 5th at the Leonardo Royal London City, brought together over 120 HR leaders and people professionals from over 60 organizations to explore the future of real-world insights. This year’s theme explored how generational diversity and the expanding role of AI will impact deskless workers in 2025 and beyond.
A key part of this year’s event included the launch of our new product, People Science AI, a first-of-its-kind artificial intelligence. Developed with over 1 million hours of expertise, People Science AI helps deliver meaningful, real-time insights from WorkBuzz’s engagement surveys into the hands of HR leaders, empowering them to build a more engaged, productive workforce. Read more about the launch of People Science AI here.
Our keynote speaker, Rebecca Robins–a thought leader, visionary advisor, changemaker, and expert at the intersection of brand, culture, and leadership–delivered powerful insights on the evolving dynamics of generational diversity as six generations work together for the first time. She shared strategies for bridging generational gaps and fostering more collaborative, inclusive workplaces.
The day featured a deep dive into the State of Employee Engagement 2024/25 with guest panelists from San Carlo, Reconomy, and Constellation Cold Logistics. Maddy Woodman, Head of Learning Innovation and Development at PTHR, also led an HR Power Workshop, while Ben Moss, Senior Business Psychologist, and Ryan Tahmassebi, People Science Director at WorkBuzz, hosted a bonus discussion during the evening networking session on why well-being has emerged as HR's top priority.
This year marks the fourth WorkBuzz Live! event, which has grown year on year since its debut in 2021. Learn more about WorkBuzz Live! 2024 here.

What You Lose When You Can't See Your Own Business
Run a single site, and you know things without asking. You walk the floor. You catch the sigh after a tough shift, the joke that tells you morale's fine, the sideways glance when a new process isn't landing. You don't need a survey to tell you what's going on, you're standing in it.
