These awards are held annually and are designed to celebrate the successes of the best women in the franchising industry.

For over 10 years, Sharon has led the Best Franchise Programme & Awards in the UK, supporting franchisors in measuring and improving franchisee engagement, making a significant impact on the franchise community, including many of WorkBuzz’s valued franchise clients.
