What makes People Science AI different?

Unlike generic analytics tools, WorkBuzz AI is grounded in over one million hours of employee engagement expertise. It combines people science and AI to deliver not just insight — but direction. You get faster decisions, stronger alignment, and real action — all without the overwhelm of traditional data analysis. 

How accurate are the AI Summaries​?

The insights achieve an accuracy of at least 90% when benchmarked against a human-generated summary. 

How is data anonymized or protected during AI processing?​

We are committed to protecting confidentiality at every stage. No personally identifiable information (PII) is ever shared, and any personal data contained in open comments is automatically removed before being processed using Amazon Comprehend. All data is stored and managed securely within our European cloud environment. 

For analysis, we use Anthropic’s Claude model, widely recognised as one of the most privacy-conscious and responsible foundation models, with strong, built-in privacy and security safeguards. 


Importantly, Client data is
never used to train the AI model. The model retains no “memory” of a Client’s data, ensuring it cannot influence or appear in responses for any other Client.

Data Security & Compliance

How does WorkBuzz prioritise Information Security?

Information security is at the heart of everything we do and is an important part of our culture. WorkBuzz is ISO27001:2022 and Cyber Essentials certified and fully compliant with the UK GDPR. Our platform and the data it holds is securely stored on AWS servers in Dublin and London. 

What levels of access can be set?
  • Admins: Full access to surveys, platform, and data 
  • Managers: Custom dashboards only 
  • Employees: Survey-only access 
    Single Sign-On (SSO) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) supported for enhanced protection. 
Where can I view your policies?
What’s your approach to disaster recovery?

Our platform is hosted in a Multi-AZ AWS environment. We back up data daily and test our business continuity plan annually.

Are survey results available in real time?

How is pricing structured?

Annual licence based on headcount. All setup, support, and features are included.

What are your payment terms?

30 days from invoice, billed annually in advance.

What’s your minimum contract term?

12 months. Pricing is based on total employee headcount.
