Dialogue launches: The rapid feedback loop that helps leaders hear from the frontline in just hours, not weeks or months

While traditional listening and survey tools can take months to move from data collection to action, Dialogue delivers fast, unfiltered insight from frontline and shopfloor workers and closes the loop in less than 24 hours. 

Dialogue gives leaders an inclusive, direct way to ask a focused question, hear honest, unfiltered contributions from across their workforce, and act on AI-analysed insight within hours. In under five minutes, a leader can launch a Dialogue 'loop', asking a vital question and instantly inviting feedback from 20 or 20,000 people. 

The problem Dialogue solves 

Our research shows that 77% of employees want leaders to be more visible and manage change more effectively, while only 51% feel their leaders understand the daily challenges they face. In complex frontline and multi-site organisations, leaders are easily disconnected from their colleagues because of the sheer scale of operations. As a result, they risk making decisions based on filtered, delayed or one-dimensional information, meaning course corrections arrive too late and the best ideas are buried.

How Dialogue works 

Dialogue enables an easy and accessible two-way listening loop in four quick steps: 

  • Leaders ask a focused question through a short video.   

  • Employees respond in the way that suits them - video, voice note, or text.   

  • AI rapidly distils responses into sentiment, ideas and risks giving leaders an instant clear view of feedback from both individuals and the group as a whole 

  • Importantly, leaders then close the loop with another short video to their team, summarising the feedback and detailing next steps.
