Ryan is People Science Director at WorkBuzz, where he leads the people science practice—translating employee feedback and organisational psychology into practical, actionable insights and outcomes. He partners with HR leaders across industries to diagnose the drivers of engagement, wellbeing, and performance. 

Ryan is also an experienced facilitator and speaker, regularly hosting conversations that bring research to life with clear, practical takeaways for HR professionals. 

 

Dr. Jo is a Clinical Psychologist, Author, Researcher, and Co-founder of Ultimate Resilience. She pioneered HR Supervision, co-authored the HR Mental Wellbeing Survey and The Little Book of HR Resilience, and has worked with organisations including Santander, NHS, Age UK, and Taylor Wimpey to reduce stress, build resilience, and foster healthier workplaces. 

Her mission is simple: to change the narrative around HR wellbeing and ensure those supporting others have the structures, skills, and space they need to thrive.
