In this powerful conversation, Ryan Tahmassebi (People Science Director, WorkBuzz) interviews Dr. Jo Burrell (Clinical Psychologist, Author & Co-founder of Ultimate Resilience) to explore:
✨ Why HR wellbeing is at crisis point and what’s at stake for businesses
✨ Practical steps HR leaders can take to protect their own resilience
✨ How organisations, leaders, and the HR profession can step up with meaningful support
